Hello Parents!!!
On this tab you will find any important documents you need and will even find additional learning opportunities for your child! I would check this and the "What's New?" tab a couple times a week to keep up with important dates!
Science City Field Trip:
We will be taking a field trip to Science City on Friday, September 6th. Email me if you would like to be a chaperone and I will write you down. We will need at least 6 parents to volunteer. Parents are allowed to ride the bus up there with us. There should still be enough room on the bus if more parents show.
All parents and students will need to meet in my classroom at 7:50am. Once everyone arrives, I will take role and divide the kids into their groups for the day. Each parent chaperone will be in charge of 4 students. We will break away from each other into our groups once we arrive. We will load the bus and leave no later than 8:30am. We will arrive to Science City around 9:30am. We have many activities planned at Science City that come free with our visit. We will take lunch break at 11:30am. Make sure you pack your children a nutritious lunch that will keep them full for the rest of the day. Once lunch ends around 12pm, we will continue to explore the museum for another few hours. We will meet up at the front around 2pm. I will take role and then we will arrive back to the school around 3pm.
Field Trip Checklist-
- Bring permission slip (if not already turned in)
- Wear a red/Archie shirt so we all match
- Bring a packed lunch and water bottle
- Wear comfortable shoes

First Grade Science City Field Trip
My child, _________________________________ has permission to attend the Science City class field trip on Friday, September 6th. I am aware that they need to bring a packed lunch and water bottle. I am aware that they need to wear a red shirt and comfortable shoes. We are to meet in Miss Cameron's classroom at 7:50am and will arrive back around 3pm.
